I would recommend starting Williams if he's active this week. He has too high of an upside to sit, and we play to win, not to start players who average six points per game. Be sure to check back every day to get the latest on his injury updates.
What is the best draft position in a 14 team fantasy football league? ›With 14 teams in the draft room, they will all be vying for a stud at the most important position in fantasy football: running back. The top-tier options will go early and often given the lack of depth at the position, so a sound strategy is to go with a running back with your first pick.

What Position Should You Draft First? Without a doubt, you should prioritize drafting running backs in fantasy football. Each team will start two or more running backs, but not every team will have two or more good running backs.
What round should I take defense in fantasy? ›First and foremost: Don't worry about defense until the back half of the draft. Filling out your QB/RBs/WRs/TE spots, and depth for those positions is much more important than having the best fantasy defense.
When should a defense be drafted in fantasy? ›Here's the third noobiest mistake many fantasy rookies make and that's drafting defensive players early in the draft. Somewhere around the 10th round is probably a good spot, but again, building your team is the most important thing in fantasy football, and that usually means RB's and WR's.

Start or sit in Week 2? If you're looking at a Lions running back, D'Andre Swift will be the safer play in Week 2 to put in your starting lineup. You may want to hold off and wait on Williams to see if he still has the same role in Week 2, then stick him in your lineup in Week 3 and beyond.
Should I start Barkley week 1? ›Barkley is a strong RB2 option this week and should start.
Should I play Metcalf week 5? ›Start or sit in Week 5? Metcalf may not go back-to-back with another explosive performance like in Week 4, but he remains a starter against the Saints. With New Orleans being favorable against opposing receivers, feel free to lock in Metcalf as a low-end WR2 in this matchup.
Is 14 too many for a fantasy football league? ›No league size is perfect, but 12 teams is the standard most leagues try to achieve.
